Built as an outside retail mall, this shopping center hosed the largest theater in the county along with such tenants as Goldie’s and Kresge’s. In The late 1980’s Lynn Haven Lane was widen and an overpass built for Lindbergh Blvd. which forced the center to convert to a mixed use center comprising of Convergy’s, SSM, Sanford Brown College and the St Louis County Government center. In 2008 the Lucky Strike bowling alley was renovated and added to the Village Square Center.
